Easy Back to School Vegan Breakfast Ideas

Back to school is right around the corner! As the daylight begins to fade and a cool breeze moves through the air you know life is about to get a little busier.

Gone are the days of lazy sun drenched mornings. It’s time to get back into a routine and back to school.

To make the transition easier for you I wanted to showcase some of my favourite vegan breakfast recipes that will be perfect for the back to school morning rush.

The collection of recipes I present to you here not only healthy fuel to start your kids day off right, but they are also cruelty free!!

Think outside of the bacon and eggs and give your children a fast, nutritious and delicious start to the school day!

  1. I love the way these recipes look and was so excited that you had already had them all in one place! I just wish the recipes were included too! Then I could easily see the ingredients and see what looks doable for my household. At least we live in an age where we can easily find things like this on the internet. Thanks!

  2. I want to try these recipes. I’m particularly excited about those chickpea muffins. The Apple “pizza” reminds me so much of my childhood dipping apple slices in peanut butter.

  5. Summer didn’t last nearly long enough this year! I so want more. I’ll be trying the apple pizzas, to be sure. I love the customization aspect of them too, and apples are easily a favorite fruit in my house. I’m sure my husband would enjoy them as well.

    1. The Tofu Scramble is so simple and filling! It’s great for when you are wanting a more traditional hot breakfast that’s full of protein!
