Stir all of your dry ingredients together in a small bowl or coffee cup
In a separate bowl mix your silk soy coffee cream with the apple cider vinegar and stir. It's meant to curdle.
Add in your wet ingredients to the dry. Stir to combine.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Allow to sit for 2 minutes before serving. This will ensure and even cook.
In a small bowl beat your butter until soft using a spatula or a wooden spoon.
Sprinkle the icing sugar, salt, citric acid and nutritional yeast on top.
Mix your butter with the other dry ingredients.
Add in your vanilla and cream and blend until smooth.
Spoon over top of your vegan cinnamon cake-or get really fancy and pipe it out!
