If you are making the cashew sour cream: Blend all ingredients for the cashew cream in a high powered blender like the vitamix for 2 minutes.
Combine 1/2 cup of the cashew sour cream with 1/2 cup of the vegan mayo and stir.
Add in the herbs, spices and salt and pepper
Add the vinegar and sugar and stir
Slowly add in 1 tbsp of water to gain the consistency you need.
